Rules of Play
– It is the responsibility of the person(s) hiring the soft play equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to the children or damage to the equipment
– Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst using the equipment
– No food, drink, sharp objects or pets to be allowed on the equipment
– No smoking on or near the equipment
– Please ensure there is no overcrowding on the equipment
– Ensure safety matting stays in place at all times
– Only children aged 0-5 should use the equipment
Terms & Conditions
– A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid a week before your chosen date
– Hire prices are based on a per day basis, Latest pick up is 5.30pm
– Overnight Hire is not possible
– Please allow us 45 minutes for setting up of the equipment and the same for removing the equipment. Please bear this in mind when booking venue times
– We are a ‘Hire only’ company and supervising is not included in our service
– Delivery is free within 10 miles, a small fee is payable for anywhere further than this
– All equipment is to remain in the venue that it was delivered to
– If for whatever reason you cancel the booking before the date of hire, you will receive a refund minus your deposit. If cancellation is made on the day of hire, no refund will be given
– Could we ask that all balls are in the ball pool before we arrive to collect the equipment
– If there is any damage to the equipment, the person(s) hiring the equipment will be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the equipment
– Once we have set up the soft play, the safe operation of the equipment becomes the hirer’s responsibility
– Please ensure that you are completely happy with the set up and condition of the equipment before we leave your venue
– Adventure Time Soft Play Hire accepts no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the equipment is on hire
